LILYPAD'S LITTLE BOOK OF ABCS

By popular request, we're launching book three, "Lilypad's Little Book of ABCs." This time, it's all about "What can I be!"

This will be a beautiful keepsake that your child will look back on well into their adult years. And maybe your baby will proudly read it to their babies!

Lilypad's Little Book of ABCs will be approximately 15cm square, featuring a premium hardcover.

Each page will be printed on beautiful, thick satin paper, ensuring your Lilypads Little book of ABCs provides a lifetime of joy.

PERSONALISED ARTWORK KEEPSAKES

Unique to our ABC book sessions, we can create beautiful personalised custom artwork keepsakes with your baby's name, initials or collection of their favourite things using the images from your session.

CANCER PROJECT

The Kids with Cancer Project raises funds for medical research to help kids with cancer. They believe the only way to improve outcomes for kids with cancer is through advances in medical research and to help find kinder, more effective treatments.

We’ll turn your visit into a full family portrait session - capturing the connections, laughter, and love that make your family uniquely yours.

So along with your baby’s starring role in the book, you’ll have a beautiful collection of images to choose from, whether you want wall art, an album, or a mix of favourite prints and digitals.

LISA

A photographer to the very heart. A Mum of two kids growing faster than weeds in her garden and one cheeky fur baby Evie, her sole focus is to capture what you love about your family and create art that becomes a part of your home and your legacy. Your family. Forever.

What does that mean for you? It means you can relax. Lisa will capture images of your family you’ll love but best of all, you’ll have so much fun doing it.

It really is all about you!

MAEGAN

Originally from Fiji, she brings some chilled island flair to the studio. She’s photographed newborns for several years now and we’re so happy she decided to make Perth her home.

Maegan is also a fancy-professional paddler and often spends her late afternoons on the ocean with her team. You’ll even find her there on some chilly winter mornings! And while it’s cold on the water.

Maegan is as warm and friendly as they come!

FAQs

What ages can apply?

6 months to 2 years. But we're flexible, it's a guide more than a hard rule.

Do you provide outfits/props for my baby?

We have a gorgeous wardrobe of outfits that you are welcome to use. Our outfits are more of the timeless style rather than heavily themed. For your book image, we'll provide the props, but you are also welcome to bring some along.

How long is the session?

Generally, an hour, give or take 15 minutes. Sometimes we get what we need super fast, and other times, it takes a little longer.

I'm worried that my child won't sit still, eat the cake or follow instructions. Will you still get good photos?

It’s the “character” kids that often produce the best shots . . . We’ve been photographing babies for over 15 years and have become quite the baby wrangling experts. Your job is to relax, smile, and leave the kids to us.

Can I get digital files?

Absolutely, we have digital file collections starting at $895 and matching digital files are provided with any printed artwork ordered.

Do I have to purchase photos?

The purpose of this project is to raise funds for the Kids Cancer Project with 5% of all sales being donated. We really want to raise as much as we can for the Kids Cancer project (5% of all sales will be donated), so we will be prioritising families who are also looking to update their family portraits. A week or two after your session, you will be invited back to the studio to view the images, this is a requirement for being included in the book. Choose only what you love, but be warned, you're going to love them all 😊. Families who invest in portraits will be guaranteed a full page in the book. Families who choose to simply be in the book will be included as a small image on a contributors page at the back of the book. There’s a guide to our favourite products & prices on our website!

When will the book be printed?

Once all sessions are complete and the book is designed. We’ll update you on timelines.

Will my child’s photo definitely be in the book? Can I choose the image?

Every baby photographed for the project will be included in the book. To keep the design consistent, we will choose the images. However, rest assured we will be picking our absolute favourites.. As mentioned above, so we can raise as much as we can for the Kids Cancer Project. Families who invest in portraits will be guaranteed a full page in the book. Families who choose to simply be in the book will be included as a small image on a contributors page at the back of the book.

Can we choose our babies "Occupation"?

We will do our best to put your chosen occupation and letter in the book. However, depending on popularity, your favourite letter may be taken. We'll fill the letters and animals on a first come first served basis.

Our Studio is in Myaree, Perth. Easily accessed from the Freeway with parking right outfront.
